She appeared in MTV Russia music program "Total Show". In the beginning her video clip "My Number One" was shown. Then she greeted the audience and performed "My Number One" on the stage all alone without any backing dancers. Helena said that she was for the 1st time in Russian Federation and she liked Moscow very much. She was very happy to be on MTV Russia, because it's very huge and this allrussian broadcasting is great promo. Helena said that she had participated in ESC 2001 as a part of Antique and had got 3rd place, but now she hopes to get even better for Greece this year. Helena answered several questions about Antique, 2nd member of this group Nikos and his solo career. Helena Parapizou consider Eurovision to be the 1st international appearence with such huge audience in her solo career. She thinks that she is well-prepaired for ESC now and hopes that everybody can support her this year too. Her entry "My Number One" is very traditional and rhythmic, so it will be very easy to undestand it. Helena Paparizou informed that she will have many dancers on eurovision scene but details will be kept in secret till 21st of May. Before leaving the show, Helena performed one more song "Don't care about you anymore" The host said one thing in Russian, which of course Helena could not understand and just smiled: "No doubt, Helena will be a huge star in Eurovision, but we hope that Natalia Podolskaya will win..." and in some seconds Helena added in Russian "Zhelaju udachi for Natasha Podolskaya (I wish good luck to Natasha)" and greek singer said that "Nobody hurt no one" is good anti-war song and has big chance in ESC. This show was very Eurovision related as other guests performers were Alexandr Panaiotov and Alexei Chumakoff and they performed "Balalaika", song which had participated in Russian National Final. Also new video clip of Dima Bilan "Not that simple" was presented (this entry was runner up in this year russian selection).
